Frequently Asked Questions

How reserving and staying at Clear Fork RV Park works — and where to go for each step.

1 · Reservations

Do you offer daily or nightly stays?

No. Clear Fork currently offers weekly and monthly RV stays.

How do I request a reservation?

Choose your stay type, dates, and pad size and submit a request online.

Does submitting a reservation guarantee a site?

No. A reservation request must be reviewed and approved by the park team.

When am I cleared to arrive?

You are cleared to arrive after your reservation is approved, your Guest Registration Agreement is completed, and required pre-arrival payments are marked paid, waived, or not required.

2 · Payments & Deposits

When is payment due?

After your reservation is approved, your first week or first month site fee (and any deposit) is due before arrival. Amounts are confirmed with the park office.

Is an electric utility deposit required?

An electric utility deposit may be required for your stay. The park team marks it paid, waived, or not required as part of clearing you to arrive.

What happens after I pay?

Once your agreement is signed and the required payments are paid, waived, or not required, you’re cleared to arrive — and your Welcome Packet is sent with arrival details, site setup reminders, park rules, and contacts.

3 · Guest Registration Agreement

Why do I need to complete a Guest Registration Agreement?

The agreement helps the park keep accurate guest, RV, vehicle, emergency contact, and site-use information, and confirms the terms of your stay on your assigned RV site.

Where do I sign my agreement?

After your reservation is approved, the park team sends you a private link to review and sign your agreement online with a typed signature.

What information is needed?

Guest and emergency contact details, RV and vehicle information, occupants, and acknowledgment of the park’s site-use rules. We never ask for a Social Security number, date of birth, or financial account details.

5 · Pets & Visitors

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome at Clear Fork RV Park, subject to park approval and guest responsibility. All pets must be kept on a leash when outside the RV and may not be left unattended outside at any time. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately and properly disposing of pet waste.

Pets must not create a nuisance, disturb other guests, show aggressive behavior, or create a safety concern. Guests are responsible for any damage, injury, disturbance, or cleanup caused by their pets. Pet information must be provided during guest registration, including the number of pets and any requested pet details.

Clear Fork RV Park may limit the number of pets per site or decline pets that create a safety or operational concern. Service animals are accommodated as required by law and are not treated as pets.

Can I have visitors?

Guests are welcome to have daytime visitors. All visitors must follow Clear Fork RV Park rules while on park property. The registered guest is responsible for the conduct, vehicles, pets, and actions of their visitors.

Visitors should check in with the park team by phone, text, or the approved guest contact method before entering the park. Visitors must park only in approved areas and may not block roadways, neighboring sites, utility access, emergency access, or other guests.

Daytime visitors may not stay overnight unless approved by the park team in advance. Overnight visitors may need to be added to the guest's registration record. Visitors may not camp, sleep in vehicles, occupy another RV site, or use park utilities without approval from Clear Fork RV Park.
