These terms apply to guests who submit a reservation request, stay at Clear Fork RV Park, or use the Clear Fork RV Park website.

By submitting a reservation request or staying at Clear Fork RV Park, you agree to these terms.
Clear Fork RV Park (“Clear Fork,” the “Host”) offers weekly and monthly stays on an assigned RV site. Your reservation is a short-term guest stay on an assigned RV site, governed by these terms, your Guest Registration Agreement, and park policies. Guests are always referred to as guests.
Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee availability or approval. Reservation requests are reviewed by the Host.
A reservation is not confirmed until Clear Fork RV Park approves the request and the required pre-arrival steps are completed.
Clear Fork RV Park accepts weekly and monthly stays. Daily or nightly reservations are not available unless the park later changes its policy in writing.
Guests may request a pad size or site type, but final assignment of the RV site is determined by Clear Fork RV Park. Site assignment may depend on availability, RV size, power needs, park operations, maintenance, and safety considerations.
Before arrival, a guest may be required to pay:
A guest is not cleared to arrive until the required payments are received, waived, or marked not required by the Host.
After a reservation is approved, the guest must review and sign the Clear Fork RV Park Guest Registration Agreement. The Guest Registration Agreement confirms the approved stay on the assigned RV site, the site fee, deposits, and park policies. A guest cannot be cleared to arrive until the Guest Registration Agreement is signed.
The Welcome Packet is provided only after the guest is cleared to arrive — that is, after the reservation is approved, the Guest Registration Agreement is signed, and the required payments are complete. The Welcome Packet may include arrival instructions, site setup reminders, park expectations, contact information, maintenance reporting links, and other guest information.
Cancellation and refund terms are provided by Clear Fork RV Park before payment is collected or confirmed. Refund eligibility may depend on timing, payment type, reservation status, and park policy.

Guests should follow the arrival instructions provided by Clear Fork RV Park. Guests should contact the Host before or upon arrival if final site assignment or entry instructions are needed. Final site assignment is confirmed by the park team before or upon arrival.
Guests agree to:
Guests are responsible for safe and proper use of electric, water, and sewer hookups. Guests should not attempt unauthorized repairs or modifications to park utilities.
Any issue involving electrical, water, sewer, pad/site condition, or safety should be reported through the maintenance reporting process or directly to the Host.
Pets are welcome at Clear Fork RV Park, subject to park approval and guest responsibility. All pets must be kept on a leash when outside the RV and may not be left unattended outside at any time. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately and properly disposing of pet waste.
Pets must not create a nuisance, disturb other guests, show aggressive behavior, or create a safety concern. Guests are responsible for any damage, injury, disturbance, or cleanup caused by their pets. Pet information must be provided during guest registration, including the number of pets and any requested pet details.
Clear Fork RV Park may limit the number of pets per site or decline pets that create a safety or operational concern. Service animals are accommodated as required by law and are not treated as pets.
Guests must park only in approved areas and may not block roadways, neighboring sites, utility access, emergency access, or park operations.
Guests may not store unauthorized items, structures, equipment, or materials on their assigned RV site without park approval.
Guests are welcome to have daytime visitors. All visitors must follow Clear Fork RV Park rules while on park property. The registered guest is responsible for the conduct, vehicles, pets, and actions of their visitors.
Visitors should check in with the park team by phone, text, or the approved guest contact method before entering the park. Visitors must park only in approved areas and may not block roadways, neighboring sites, utility access, emergency access, or other guests.
Daytime visitors may not stay overnight unless approved by the park team in advance. Overnight visitors may need to be added to the guest's registration record. Visitors may not camp, sleep in vehicles, occupy another RV site, or use park utilities without approval from Clear Fork RV Park.
Guests may submit maintenance requests through the Clear Fork maintenance reporting page. Submitting a maintenance request does not authorize a guest to make repairs or alter park property.
Guests must immediately report urgent safety concerns to the Host. For life-threatening emergencies, guests should call 911 first. Emergency access lanes must stay clear at all times.
Clear Fork RV Park may require a guest to leave or may cancel a reservation for behavior that threatens safety, disrupts park operations, damages property, violates park rules, or interferes with other guests.
Guests may be responsible for damage caused by the guest, the guest's RV, vehicles, pets, visitors, or personal property. Guests are responsible for securing their own belongings.
Clear Fork RV Park is not responsible for loss, theft, weather damage, utility interruption, or damage to guest property except as required by law.
Clear Fork RV Park may provide information about vendor visits, services, or activities through the park calendar. Vendor availability, timing, pricing, and participation may change.
Before departure, guests are expected to:
Clear Fork RV Park may update these Terms of Agreement from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the website with a new effective date.
