• Partner inquiries — company, contact, and workforce details if you contact us about housing a crew.
• Basic website usage data — non-identifying information such as pages visited and device type, used to keep the site working well.

Payments

We do not collect or store payment card numbers through this website. If online payment is added in the future, it will be handled by a third-party payment processor, and your card details will be provided directly to that processor — not stored by Clear Fork.

Background checks

Background checks are not active. We do not currently run background checks as part of the reservation process. If a screening step is introduced later, it will be described here before it is used.
